With only 2700 miles, Transmission is out and 6 to 9 months back order. RAM is ignoring the calls and emails. Its time to get the ATTORNEY.

Transfercase blues

2023 Ram 5500

After taking delivery on March 5th, heading home to Colorado going east on I70 toward Richfield UT our transfer case went south. Tow truck bill to Sandy UT was $1630. Left truck at Larry H Miller Chrysler Dodge on March 9th. Making a long story short, nobody at Mopar can locate a replacement and maybe because it’s under warranty. You would think that a company the size of Chrysler would respond in a more favorable manner and keep me informed of status. We are discusted with this situation

2010 Ram 5500

This truck is a beast. Moving steel siding for warehouses without a problem, this thing can hold more weight than I know what to throw back there! Great for the price, would't change a thing.
