GMC is a division General Motors (GM) that specializes in utility vehicles. Its current line offers three trucks, three SUVs, as well as commercial vehicles. GMC and Chevrolet are mechanically the same, however, GMC offers more luxury trim packages for its vehicles. They are generally sold alongside Buick vehicles, GM’s other luxury brand.
