Dubai’s hyper-luxury, fast and expensive lifestyle led many to purchase vehicles they couldn’t afford. When payments became impossible, the owners quite literally just decided to abandon the cars, leaving them to collect dust in car lots. That’s right: thousands of them.

Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Bentley — you name it, all littered throughout Dubai, blocking roads and taking up space.
